CenFlo Marine Build Process
1. Discovery Call
We start with a scheduled phone consultation to understand your vision, answer your questions, and finalize your build details.
2. Estimate Approval & Deposit
Once your estimate and build specifications are finalized, a deposit will be required. This will:
- Secure your production slot
- Lock in your pricingÂ
3. Design & CustomizationÂ
While awaiting your build start date, you'll work with us to finalize your custom details, including:
- Wrap Design
- Seat Design
- Marine Mat Design
This ensures everything is ready for a smooth production process.
4. Build Start & Progress Updates
When your build begins:
- You'll receive regular updates and progress photos/videos
- Our team will keep you informed every step of the way
At this stage, 50% of the balance is to be collected (Financing options are available)
5. Build Timeline
Once your boat enters production:
- Typical build time is 1-3 months, depending on complexity
6. Completion & Delivery
As your build wraps up:Â
- Final details and quality checks are completedÂ
- Remaining balance is collected
- Delivery or pickup is scheduled

4. Build Timeline
Once your hull enters production:
- Typical build time is 3-4 weeks
5. Completion & Delivery

We start with a scheduled phone consultation to understand your vision and preferred options. This helps us tailor your kit to exactly what you're looking for.
2. Estimate Approval & Payment
Once your estimate and kit specifications are finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.Â
3. Pickup/Delivery
Once payment is received, we will work with you to arrange shipping or pickup at our shop.
