1. Use of Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with it's operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.
2. Products and Services
CenFlo Marine specializes in the design, fabrication, and sale of custom and semi-custom mini jet boats and related marine products. All products are subject to availability. Specifications, materials, designs, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to change without notice.
3. Custom Builds and Orders
All custom boat builds are made to order. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Final specifications must be approved by the customer prior to production. Changes requested after production begins may result in additional costs and extended timelines. Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify pricing, require deposits or full payment prior to delivery, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in order cancellation or forfeiture of deposits.
5. Shipping Policy
CenFlo Marine offers pickup and limited delivery options depending on the product, build type, and destination. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the product leaves our facility or is released to a carrier. CenFlo Marine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Buyers are responsible for transportation insurance. Damage during transit must be addressed with the carrier. In-person pickup requires inspection and acknowledgment of condition at time of release.
6. Return & Refund Policy
All custom boat sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. Non-custom parts or merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition, subject to approval. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Orders canceled prior to production may be eligible for partial refunds at CenFlo Marine’s discretion. No returns are accepted for custom-built boats, used products, modified items, or items damaged by misuse.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” CenFlo Marine disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
CenFlo Marine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product. Operating a boat involves inherent risks. Buyers assume full responsibility for safe operation and legal compliance.
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to operate boats safely, follow all guidelines, ensure proper training, and perform routine maintenance.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of CenFlo Marine and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Third-Party Links
CenFlo Marine is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
12. Privacy
Website use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
